Later. Had a chat to Jan on the radio, talking about whether to stop at Minerva or not. They look as if they will carry on so will have an eta mid next week.

At anchor in Hakaotu Bay Ua-Pou Is. Had a great day sail up from Hiva Oa. This bay has very clear water and the flowering pebbles a floral coral growing on the rocks. Good shelter here as long as there is no S swell. Had a great snorkel lot of small reef fish in very clear blue water. You can also go for a long walk up the hills.
At anchor Tahuata Island Hanamoenoa Bay. Clear blue water 60+ feet vis white sandy beach. Hard to beat.
