Good night anchored in the Duck Pond outside of the Breakwater Marina and Port of Townsville. Port ops were a little noisy but the sea state was calm despite 15kn winds at times. Very convenient location if your draft is shallow enough. Otherwise the marina is reasonably priced and offers 10% off for SICYC members.

Seawindow is in the Duck Pond, Townsville QLD. Nice little anchorage close to landslide facilities and services. You can dingy up to the marina and pay $5/4hrs or $10/day to tie up your ducky. Add another $5 and you can access showers, toilets and laundry. The Breakwater Marina is trying really hard to attract boaties. Only downside to the Duck Pond is the Port of Townsville Ops which is a bit noisy but, hey, they got here first!
