Arrived at Havannah from LIfou yesterday at low tide. Hard on the wind whole way but good sail. Will complete check in at Noumea this morning.
Arrived We marina yesterday noon. Got email permission for checkin here from customs and bio-security. No answer from immigration. Lucky because they would have said no. Checkin here is no longer permitted according to Immigration as it was abused in the past by sailors.
