Yay we float! Finally back in the water after 8 long weeks. Our heartfelt thanks to the cruising community here for taking us in and looking after us and all their support. We couldnt have survived without you. Crew arriving tomorrow. Still a few jobs to sort here and need to trial rudder, then look for that weather window.
On hardstand Port Denarau waiting for our new rudder to be built. Work has finally begun. We are now known as the refugees being passed around the cruising community. All well.
Arrived Vuda this afternoon to tidy up and do jobs before joining rally and moving on to Vanuatu. Probably here for rest of the week.

Back in savusavu bay. Slow start but great sail once wind kicked in at about 130 0. No fish yet again! Saw several small pods of dolphins. Managed to dodge the rain until we got here. A calm anchorage.
Viani Bay for night, gave Taveuni a miss as we have another wet day! Bit over all this rain, will head Savusavu way tomorrow.
Horseshoe Bay Matagi. A grey drizzly day but tucked up out of wind.
