Super stoked to have a good forecast for the next few days, favorable strong winds when arriving to Whangarei on Saturday. Should be at the Poor Knights midnight tomorrow. Caught a decent size Albacore Tuna today, fish for days.

Another great day sailing, really enjoying it, air temperature is dropping. Boat is getting lighter because of dwindling food supplies. We have coffee though so all is well

Making epic progress, winds are predicted to come from the south day after tomorow, will try keep good speed motor sailing, aiming to get to the cape friday and ride the NW then SW winds down to Whangarei if the forecast holds true.

Flying along, wet as, the rain has stopped but the rouge waves catch you out now and then. Sun is shining and we are making great progress.

Just Left Minerva after spending 5 days there. Silver Fern left as well. was good to see them, they gave us 80 L of diesel which filled us up so now we are more confident to motor some of the way. Looking forward to getting to NZ

At anchor in Minerva, Been looking for crayfish, no luck yet. Air is getting colder at night. 7 boats left for NZ today, we are looking for a window at the end of the week.

Finally got some wind and are sailing close hauled but moving nicely, not to much swell maybe a meter. Should arrive at north Minerva on Sunday morning we know there is one boat there that we haven't met but there will be a flotilla following in the next week hot on our heals and looking for a weather window to NZ

had a mixed day with light winds, some motoring, some sailing, had the Spinnaker up for a couple of hours until the wind changed direction, not any wind at the moment, motoring. just over 200 NM to Minerva reef.

Motoring at the moment to charge batteries but will shut it down soon and be sailing slowly as the wind is light
