Bay la Somme together with Masterplan. Had a great coastal walk to the river and waterholes. Meet Gill living on the edge by the river and loving life . He had lots of knowledge to share about the area.

Anchored ilot mbe kouen . A small atoll big enough for a beach tennis game and hamish got in a kite session yesterday. This morning super calm and blue turquoise colours gleaming around us.

Anchored ilot signal. Really nice snorkel with plenty fish. Cool walk round island and Sup paddle inside the eastern lagoon. Lots of turtles!

Anchored in Ile Nge, this place got it all. Close to a surf break, great for kiting, lots of fishes and coral to snorkel around. Thumps up for this place

anchored next to the ruined resort on Kailua island. Cyclone Pam in 2015 really smashed up these places. Fantastic anchorage, friendly village and great fresh food street markets. Awesome snorkeling and kiting. Did a really nice bike round island...It?s got is all.
Moved 8 miles north to the end of Nguni island and tomorrow we plan to walk summit which is 600 meters. Our friend Nancy lived here for 2years with the peace core. We have instructions from her to gather a few things and say hi to her old world.

After a couple nights in vila re stocking and watching World Cup final, what a party! We headed for Havana harbour and anchored off a new housing area. Explored up the nearby river on sups. Great snorkling off the entrance.
Epi island for a night stopover to Port Vila. Looks like a lovely place so we need to get back here one day.

Anchored in Ranon. Great to see the red glow of both volcano craters at night. Watched the world cup football ashore this morning and then walked up towards ash field. Brought a carving in Ranvetlam village.
Anchored in Bwathnapne on Pentacost island. We arrived early and had a great day walking 10 km. All the people we meet were so incredible friendly and nice. We anchored in front of the river in 8 meters good holding.

Anchored in Asanvari bay on Marco island. This is a stunning place, white sand, lush tropical backdrop and a big waterfall next to the boat. The village is the most beautiful village we seen. Tonight we ate laplap with some locals by the waterfall. We can hear the volcano booming in the background.
Anchored, moved round to Lolowai Bay and crossed over the reef with half a meter under our keel at half tide. Beautiful secure harbour and no swell.
Anchored, looks like whangaroa north arm.... beautiful. Tough sail here with everything from zero to 30 knots and 50 to 120 degrees. Worth it though :-)

Fantastic anchorage and awesome friendly resort called ratua. Non profit Balinese style with proceeds given to local schools. Awesome coral next to boat, great walks!

on an overnight passage to Malakula. Watched the fire dancers at mele then dinner and off. Great trade wind sailing with 15-20 and the half moon till 1 am. Stars to reach out and touch! Dawn full of volcanic peaks.

moved to the southern lagoon of port de vao after an early morning Sup paddle over some stunning coral reef. Beautiful secluded anchorage down here and great beach combing.
beautiful bay de kanumera, arrived here after a lovely sail. Had an evening run on the beach. The night sky was stunning with stars very bright and then the moon rise later.
bonne anse is a beautiful sheltered bay with a great walk up to lighthouse.

Back in Ilot Maitre. Strong winds and heavy rain showers. Used all the xtra water for washing up clothes and wind for kiting.....or Hamish did....I?m still gearing up to have try again from last year.
We are in Proney Inlet. Last night we did a walk to the lighthouse, and today we moved to Casey island a couple of miles into the bay. Lovely little island with a story about the dog who lived here alone. He loved to show the island to people, and made sure they followed him around. Unfortunately he died last year.
Anchored in Ilot Ua about 5 miles from the outer reef. The classic coral atoll with beautiful coral drop off just inshore of boat. Have not seen another boat in couple days. Great swimming inside the reef over white lagoon sand. Maybe get the kite out today? Fingers crossed.....

moved over to this wonderful spot right in the middle of a national park. The whitest beaches in NSW and walking tracks galore. Will stay a few days.

Really fast sail 90 miles south from Sydney. Winds from NNE and building to 30 knots. Approaching Jervis bay we had 55 knots over the deck with wind over headlands. Found this fantastic spot with no wind for a great nights sleep.
